หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Good knowledge and understanding of Mutual Fund products and Fund Connext system

• Receive and submit order transactions for subscription, redemption and other related to Mutual Fund

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents for all customer’s instructions including data entry into the system

• Verify and reconcile daily order transactions to ensure all transactions have been booked accurately in the system

• Verify and proceed payment of Mutual Fund order to AMCs

• Verify and reconcile fee payment and commission payment

• Securely store documents of Mutual Fund orders and withholding tax for further audit review

• Support and Coordinate with other departments and AMCs to deliver timely and effective customer solution

• Preparing and completing the report of Mutual Fund

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.

• Minimum 3-5 years of Mutual Fund Operation, Fund Support or relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially with MS Excel

• High attention to detail, good communication skills
