Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities on Sales volume growth and ROI of sale department
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales managers with activities as follows: recruiting, following up, internal meeting and product training, assisting in presentation, tracking, and pipelining, etc.
- Implement sales and marketing plans, metrics, tools, policies and systems to align sales team activities with company goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to oversee the marketing initiatives such as assisting in the customization and refinement of all sales and marketing materials, identify additional work closely with digital marketing team to service customer
