หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Operations Management:

Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of all areas.
Ensure all products are prepared and ready for sale, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
Set up and maintain coffee machines and shots to ensure smooth service.
Update and maintain SOPs for recipes, service protocols, and equipment maintenance.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, schedule, and train staff, delegating small tasks to juniors to foster growth and efficiency.
Collaborate with chefs and baristas to develop menu plans and improve offerings.
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to team members.

Sales & Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve KPIs.
Develop and execute promotions and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement and repeat visits.

Workshop & Event Management:

Plan, organize, and execute workshops and events to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Collect and analyze customer data to understand preferences and improve loyalty and satisfaction.

Cost & Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies, and optimize supplier relationships to minimize costs.
Conduct regular audits to prevent waste and ensure efficient inventory management.

Financial Oversight:

Track sales, costs, and profitability, contributing to budget management and reporting.

Problem Solving & Strategy:

Identify and propose improvements across operations, including customer service, product offerings, and workflows.
Resolve operational or staff-related issues promptly and effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

• Must have held a supervisor or leadership position previously.

• Must have been a barista with the ability to create latte art.

• Must have strong English-speaking skills.

• Experience in menu development and collaborating with chefs/baristas.

• Familiarity with inventory management and financial reporting.

• Ability to plan events, workshops, and marketing campaigns.

• Passion for excellent service and teamwork.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
