Responsibility:
- Manage the Debt Enforcement Team (Phone and Field Collection) Supervise both the telephone-based collection team and the field collection team to ensure efficient debt recovery.
- Provide Guidance to the Team on Critical Cases Offer advice and support to team members when decisions need to be made regarding complex debt cases.
- Analyze and Develop Strategies for Debtor Management Assess and categorize debtors into specific groups and assign appropriate follow-up strategies for each team to handle effectively.
- Control and Manage Debtor Quality to Meet Targets Oversee debtor management to ensure the achievement of both contract and monetary targets across all areas, including the phone collection team and field collection staff.
- Lead and Develop the Team (Phone and Field Collection) Manage and develop both the phone collection team and the field debt recovery team to ensure high performance, maintain discipline, and adhere to company regulations.
- Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Debt Collection Laws Ensure that all operations follow internal team rules, company policies, and legal guidelines, including the Debt Collection Act.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields
5-7 years of experience in debt enforcement or debt management
Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage a team and handle challenges under pressure
Solid understanding of debt collection laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and debt collection software
Experience managing non-performing loans (NPL)
