- Prepare KPI summary reports for the production planning department, analyze causes, and establish preventive and corrective measures.
- Analyze strategic performance outcomes and propose short-term and long-term preventive/corrective actions to management, and direct subordinates to implement them.
- Analyze production plans, raw material procurement, and related materials to align with sales forecasts.
- Track daily production results to assess work efficiency and coordinate with relevant departments to adjust production plans as necessary.
- Review departmental strategies to use as information for setting objectives and evaluating departmental performance.
- Inspect reports on production capacity and raw materials to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor and control production status to ensure it adheres to the plan or delivery schedule.
- Review progress reports for export and pending orders to drive achievement of objectives
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in production planning, control, and monitoring.
- Good to excellent command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); proficiency in Korean will be considered a special advantage.
- Experience in electronics/semiconductors will be considered a special advantage.
- Proficient in using SAP or related production planning systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in production management and planning.
