Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee the recruiting and hiring process for the organization. This role involves recruiters, developing, and implementing recruiting strategies, and ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent. The ideal candidate is a skilled recruiter with strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for recruitment and selection process,

- Responsible for employee benefits, such as health insurance, health checks, SSO and etc.

- Responsible for the Probation of employees

- Responsible for attendance (Late, Leave, Annual leave)

- Responsible for training and report to Department of. Skill Development

- Prepare HR monthly reports such as headcount report, etc.

- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested

คุณสมบัติ

Female, Age over 25 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
Have experience in HR Recruit or other related around more than 3 -5 years.
Having skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Have good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Listening)
Pleasant personality, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure, well organized, fast learning and service minded.
Having problem solving and time management skill
If can start work immediately, will be special consideration.
