Responsibilities:

• Install and manage programs on the IT Infrastructure system.

• Develop and test applications to ensure they are in good condition and ready for use.

• Maintain, manage, troubleshoot, repair, and service server systems to keep them in good condition and operational.

• Monitor the Data Center system, including both hardware and software.

• Inspect and resolve issues related to software and hardware when problems arise to prevent system downtime.

• Gather requirements from customers to plan and manage project workflows.

• Provide support to customers in case of usage issues and offer consultations as needed.

• Learn and study new technologies to apply them within the organization for maximum benefit.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or IT
At least 1- 3 years of experience
Experience with Windows and Linux systems, Backups, Antivirus, patching and monitoring
Experience in Implement System (Server System, Storage, Virtualization, OS, Backup and Microsoft Solution) is preferable.
Knowledge in OS of Windows and Unix.
Knowledge in SAN Storage, NAS Storage
Knowledge in HCI (Hyper Converged Infrastructure)
Design, configuration and perform troubleshooting for system hardware and system software
Install new / rebuild existing system servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to organize and plan work independently
Security knowledge of networks, authentication, web and database servers
Good Interpersonal skill, communication skill and Presentation.
