• Collect all SOP of team members into file for further review.
• Collect all RFQ packages of customers and save as soft file in share drive for further review in each year.
• Prepare and collect of Sales Monthly Report of team members.
• Being consultant and support subordinate of any assistance.
• Take care new and current customers with maximum satisfaction.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Age 30-38 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Science and Engineering will be advantage)
• At least 3 years working experience as Sales coordinator, Sales and Marketing in any manufacturing.
• At least 1 year experience has subordinate under control.
• Required TOEIC 700 up (Conversational High to Business level only since they will need to communicate with Japanese Manager and international customers)
• Have ability on Problem solving and Work planning
• Prefer who has experience on Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Project Management
• Good interpersonal skill / Leadership / Negotiation skills with customers are preferable.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat: Average 1 day per month)
