Control of the production process to meet the specified standards.
Control of the production process in accordance with the customer delivery plan.
Control production goals to meet the goals set.
Support and problem solving for employees to to achieve the target productivity.
Control production plan has safety woring environment

คุณสมบัติ

Work in Manufacturing atmosphere and used to work under pressure
Passion to win on their individual and company goal such as Zero defect, Productivity improvement, Cost saving initiatives
Leading more than 30 line operators and dealing with other cross functional to drive business matrix success
Drive manufacturing success through Lean manufacturing concept and mindset
Build effective team and workplace of choice environment in the team
