- Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Thai and English.
- Prepare Thai and English translations of contracts and any other legal documents.
- Negotiate on legal terms and conditions of contracts and any legal documentations, advise on new business ventures and transnational matters.
- Provide legal advice, comment, opinion in terms of all legal issues related to the business of the Company and its affiliates in Thailand.
- Attend business meetings as necessary in relation to the work assignments.
- Coordinate and contact with all internal departments, government authorities and external counsels in Thailand and overseas.
- Coordinate and communicate between internal and external parties (the SET, the SEC, the Bank of Thailand, regulators, external counsel, public authority, and relevant authorities) to achieve the goals set.
- Manage Company and its affiliates’ preliminary litigation.
- Administer and responsible for running of all internal matters of Legal Department and supervise Legal Department’s staff.
- If you have experience in reviewing copyright contracts, it will be considered an advantage.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree of Laws
- Age 28 years up
- Experience over 3 years in Legal and Compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- If you have experience in reviewing copyright contracts, it will be considered an advantage.
