Overview: The Marketing Manager at SBS Rangsit is tasked with strategizing, executing, and managing effective marketing campaigns that not only showcase the school's curriculum and cultural engagements but also drive enrollment and foster a vibrant school community. This role requires a combination of creative marketing acumen, analytical capabilities, and cultural sensitivity to ensure that the marketing strategies are aligned with the school’s educational goals and the needs of its diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that highlight academic, sporting, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure marketing accurately reflects the curriculum.
• Design and execute targeted campaigns to enhance enrolment and community engagement.
2. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Work with the Admissions and the Head of School to gather insights from parents and prospective families.
• Tailor marketing messages to meet the diverse needs of the school community to enhance recruitment and retention.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Provide regular reports on marketing outcomes and ROI to the Head of School and Chief Brand Strategist.
4. Event Promotion and Management:
• Promote school events to ensure high participation and visibility.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all events and platforms.
5. Content Creation and Management:
• Manage the creation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the school's brand.
• Oversee the school’s digital presence, including websites and social media, ensuring content is current and engaging.
6. Digital Marketing and Channel Optimization:
• Demonstrate strong understanding of channel optimization, social media, SEO, and SEM to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
• Leverage digital marketing tools to maximize reach and impact, ensuring optimal segmentation and targeting.
7. Cultural and Community Building:
• Develop and oversee a rewards and recognition program to foster positive culture and engagement among students, faculty, and staff.
• Implement marketing initiatives that promote cultural inclusivity and active engagement within the school community.
8. Financial and Resource Management:
• Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints for all marketing activities.
9. Team Collaboration and Support:
• Support various departments with their communication needs to ensure cohesion and strategic alignment.
