- Proceed various financial transactions to service customer at branch such as deposits, withdrawals, fund transfer, opening account etc.
- Proceed the transactions of bank’s products and services according to the procedures.
- Effective, accurate, timely deliver services to customers with good manner and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Count and manage cash drawer contents efficiently to maintain accurate records of transactions. Monitor cash kept in till not to be over defined till limit.
- Handle the daily reconciliation and submit accounting information to Head office.
- Handle outward cheque clearing and submit to internal/external clearing center.
- / day safe / cash box as assigned.
- Proceed an accounting entry of tax and duty according to work process defined by accounting department.
- Collect and review daily slips/vouchers and customer’s documents.
- Provide statements and any request documents for customers.
- Check the completeness of documents sent between branch and head office.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with banking products and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, business Chinese or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in banking, customer service, or cash handling preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and banking software.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
