Key Accountabilities
- Contact Customers for collection process
- Negotiate and solve delay payment problem
- Monitoring A/R outstanding balance and minimize overdue payment
- Planning of incoming fund from collection activity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration
- At least 3 years experience in credit and collection field
- Highly proficient in MS Office and have experience in using SAP
- Excellent command of English
