Power Transmission Line Design (Electrical)

1. Design engineering solutions for Power Transmission Line including drawing and parameter design according to specification.

2. Perform electrical drawing and Calculations for Power Transmission Line, etc.

3. Design the parameters & dimensions of active part of high voltage electrical equipment to meet the customer specifications like losses, impedance, Short Circuit forces, load capabilities etc.

4. Site coordinate, Clear design issue with client(EGAT, MEA, PEA) and all suppliers.

5. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirement:

1. Good command of English both spoken and written.
2.  Bachelor’s or higher in electrical engineering.
3. More than 3 years of experiences working in Power Transmission Line designs.
4. Have a license(Electrical power) from Senior to Professional (professional license is advantageous).
5. Strong conceptual knowledge and working experience of calculations and designing of Power Transmission Line.
6. Working knowledge and good proficiency of CAD/CAE applications as PLS-CADD, Auto-CAD, office.
7. Familiar with the American & international standards (eg. IEEE, ANSI, IEC) related to Line and Substation components, and materials.
8. Experience working in testing and commissioning of grid connection and substation system would be advantageous. * Experience of EGAT, MEA, PEA Transmission Line design is advantageous.
9. Good command of English both spoken and written.
10. Good attitude to work and willing to learn new things. Able to work with team.
11. Be responsible, honest and diligent.
