JPS Engineer

- Conduct a self-assessment team to examine the plant's operational excellence system. This will enable them to identify their gaps and assist in setting priorities for development and executing action plans, which can lead to operational excellence and proven quality within JSS and the industry.

- Promote the JPS-QBIC Academy, disseminate a systematic understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles and knowledge to enhance our employees' skills in this field. We also need to strengthen lean awareness and thinking. Thereby further focusing on eliminating Muda in product and process design.

- JPS Global Standard implementation and compliance, including suggestions, Value Stream Mapping/Value Stream Design (VSM/VSD), 5S principles, SQPC standards and other relevant.

- Provides methods and tools for enhancing safety, quality productivity, delivery and costs.

- The JPS-CIP internal assessment reports on the plant and provides validation of the continuous improvement operations.

- JPS Coordinator both inside and outside the company.

• Male/Female, 25-40 years of age.
• Bachelor of Engineering or higher in sciences or related fields.
• At least 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance or QMR field, along with a history as an auditor from the automotive industry.
• The knowledge and skills such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, Analytical, Problem Solving, Systematic Thinking, Core tools, 7QC Tools, Lean Manufacturing, or TPS Principles, Continuous improvement process, and other relevant.
• Proven coaching, and leadership strategies.
• Good relationship, friendly, positive thinking.
• Knowledge of Quality Management, Safety Control, Project Management, etc. will be advantages.
• Being proactive, result oriented and hands on, with ability to think logically, and to make decision with sound judgement.
• Strong leadership, adaptability under pressure.
• Good command in English communication skills (Speak, Read, Write).
