Our client are industrial factories located Northern Region Industrial (Lamphun).
1.Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
2.Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
3.Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
4.Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
5.Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
6.Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
7.Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
8.Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
-Male or Female, 40 years and above
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in overall as Hr..
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Flexible, tenacious, and able to work under pressure.
-Able to work multi-tasking in a fast-pace environment
