- Preparation of tender document and management the tendering process. Evaluate tenders
- Preparation of contract document
- Contract administration and assessment of claim and variation
- Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
- Handing estimation and cost control
- Female age not over 35 year old.
- Bachelor Degree in civil engineer, architect, M&E engineer or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experiences as a Quantity Surveyor providing services to building works.
- Able to work upcountry
- 6-day work week

Our company has extensive experience in the construction of industrial buildings, warehouses, and civil engineering works, and is capable of providing a full range of construction services to best suit each client’s particular needs.
We have to-date successfully constructed various industrial buildings, factories & warehouses and civil engineering works in Thailand for major international and local clients. Many of our industrial building projects have been executed on a design & build basis, and are mostly located in the Industrial Estates along the Eastern Seaboard, in the Central Region, Bangkok and Greater Bangkok areas.
