Maintenance Officer
Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL- ตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และห้องประชุมให้อยู่ในสภาพดี พร้อมใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา
- วางแผนผังสำนักงาน จัดการผังที่นั่งของพนักงาน รวมถึงการติดตั้งจอโปรเจคเตอร์ และเครื่องถ่ายเอกสาร
- ติดต่อผู้รับเหมาเพื่อจัดทำใบเสนอราคาสำหรับการปรับปรุงสำนักงาน การทำสัญญาบำรุงรักษา (MA) และงานซ่อมแซม
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงอาคารในเรื่องแอร์ ไฟฟ้า ห้องน้ำ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ
- ดูแลการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ในสำนักงาน รวมถึงการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ที่ชำรุด
- จัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับการซ่อมแซม และการจัดซื้ออะไหล่ที่จำเป็น
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบำรุงรักษาสำนักงานหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการวางแผนผังสำนักงาน
- หากมีทักษะการใช้งานโปรแกรม AutoCAD จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานและการเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้รับเหมาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
