This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing/Sales Executive located in Bangkok City, Thailand.
We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and personable Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for connecting with retail brands, presenting retail space opportunities, and closing deals with a professional yet approachable touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential retail brands and business owners through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Pitch and present available retail space opportunities in malls, community malls, and lifestyle centers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and mall landlords.
- Coordinate property viewings, prepare proposals, and negotiate leasing terms.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system.
- Work towards and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide professional advice and market insights to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Represent the company at networking events, site visits, and client meetings.
