- Being Executive Director and support organization's works.
- Designing marketing plan, PR, Manufacturing and general managing.
- Analyze sales Store management Through sales data in all channels, whether it be POS, P&L, CRM, Risk management, Financial to determine strategies for further management.
- Manage and drive Distributor and Sales team performance to achieve sales out target.
- Budgeting management for developing to a sustainable company.
- Representative of organization and being a consultant of organization.
- Setting strategy, cultural and organization management such as CRM strategy.
- Resources management and improving the plan.
- Suggesting the innovation to develop organization.
- Develop and create various work systems to increase the efficiency of the Operations team.
- Work at Chiang Mai/Bangkok.
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in any major.
- Experienced as a manager/marketing and sales manager or related for at least 5 years or more.
- From a similar industry (Medical , Health Care) for at least 3 years.
- Ability to use Sales CRM (Sales Force), and Team management CRM.
- Strong leadership skills, discipline, and target-driven.
- Able to manage a team to push the business towards its goals.
- Business strategic planning skills .
