Responsibilities

• Track the activities to ensure all Production Phase run continuously and on time

• Monitoring the production capacity to ensure the workload of all manufacturing are in normal situation and foresee the delay problems

• Monitoring the stock to ensure all products are fulfilled and enough for dispatch to the customers.

• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

• Plan warehouses and distribution centres for efficiency in both operations and capacity

• Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs

• Ensuring that labels for goods are updated and accurate and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location

• Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas.

• Organizing and managing inventory, storage

• Keeping accurate and detailed records and ensuring that information or details about goods or items are correct.

• Addressing or resolving shipment and inventory issues and report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors

• Maintains and organize packing quality throughout the logistic processes

• Other task depend on assignment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above
Over 2 years experience in warehouse management or experience in production control or related field.
Good SAP system knowledge/experience
Able to multitask, prioritize, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, good attitude and energetic.
Good level of English.
