• Training Needs Assessment: assist in the data collection and consolidation.
• Training Curriculum Development: support the design and development of training content
• Training Proposal: submit the training proposal with all required information within the timeline.
• Training Delivery Supports:
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions including registration, confirmation, travel arrangement, communication, and venue arrangement
- Manage an approved budget for training by supervising, overseeing, and reviewing to ensure efficiency and compliance with company regulations.
- Contact trainers and training institutes and coordinate for sending employees for training.
- Provide support to trainers and participants
- Assist in setting up training room, materials, etc.
- Follow up on the post-training evaluation and outcomes.
• Training Reports and Records
- Assist in the preparation of reports on training activities
- Submit the report for certification
• Supervision
- Supervise, oversee, and review the works of subordinate
• Serve as a Master of the Ceremony/Facilitator
• Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably in Management or Human Resources Management, or Bachelor in Social Science
• Good English Language Proficiency.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
• At least 3 years of experience in training administration.
• Experience submitting course certification through the e-Service system from the Labor Skill Development Institute.
• Knowledge and understanding of quality systems and standards.
