- Reviewing, commenting and drafting contract for the company business.
- Liaise with other departments/government authorities on matters of regulations/company policies or compliance issues as required.
- Liaise with outside counsels on legal/litigation issues.
- Prepare Thai and English translations of contracts and any other legal documentations.
- Perform general legal duties for the company and its affiliates.

- Male or Female, Age not over 30 years
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in law field. (Experience in corporate is preferable)
- Lawyer's License
- Strong knowledge in various types of contract
- Good command of English
- Fast learner and pro-active
