Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Define project objectives, scope, and work plans for software projects. Prepare workflow systems and progress tracking mechanisms to ensure consistent project advancement.

2. Team Management: Lead the software development team and related stakeholders to collaborate effectively. Foster a productive team environment, ensure the right skills are in place, and support the development process.

3. Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report project progress to management and stakeholders. Address and resolve issues and obstacles that may arise, ensuring the project stays on track.

4. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and expenses according to project scope and requirements.

5. Communication: Maintain transparent and efficient communication channels between the development team, relevant departments, and management. Ensure alignment of goals and expectations.

6. Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate team and project performance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement. Continuously strive for process optimization.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in software project management.

2. Strong understanding and proficiency in software development processes.

3. Knowledge of project management principles, including planning, tracking, and budget management.

4. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

5. Knowledge of business principles and customer requirements understanding.

6. Ability to work in a diverse team environment and manage complex situations.
