Responsibilities

1. Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and user expectations.

2. Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency enhancement through technology solutions.

3. System Design: Develop comprehensive system design documents, including system architecture, user interfaces, data models, and integration points, to guide development teams.

4. Functional Specifications: Create clear and detailed functional specifications, outlining user stories, use cases, and system behavior to facilitate accurate software development.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, user experience designers, and project managers to ensure the successful execution of software projects, from concept to delivery.

6. Testing and Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the developed software meets functional requirements and conduct user acceptance testing to validate system performance.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system designs, requirements, and changes throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Software System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

2. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, systems analysis, and design principles.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to dissect complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

4. Proficiency in creating system documentation, including diagrams, wireframes, and user stories.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

6. Familiarity with project management principles and tools is advantageous.

7. Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and software development practices.
