ตำแหน่ง พนักงานบริการการขาย (ธุรกิจปุ๋ย)
• กำหนดและบันทึกระยะเวลาการดำเนินการ เพื่อการส่งออกให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการส่งออก
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ให้มีการดำเนินการส่งมอบสินค้าและให้บริการกับลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ตามกำหนดเวลา และเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขการค้า
• บันทึกรายการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายและการส่งออกตามวิธีและกระบวนการที่กำหนด
• จัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการขายและการส่งออกตามวิธีและกระบวนการที่กำหนด
• ดำเนินการ และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายและการส่งออกกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
• จัดเก็บและจัดส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายและการส่งออกให้หน่วยงานต่างๆ ตามระบบและกระบวนการที่กำหนด
• รวบรวม จัดเก็บและจัดส่งข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายและการส่งออกตามระบบและกระบวนการที่กำหนด
• จัดทำรายงานเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา เช่น รายงานค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งออก เป็นต้น
คุณสมบัติ
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาการธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ,การจัดการ,บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจ
• อายุ 22-26 ปี (หากเป็นเพศชาย ต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)
• หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านบริการการขายต่างประเทศ 1-2 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
• สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) พื้นฐานได้
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• มี Service Minded
• มีทักษะในการปฏิสัมพันธ์ (Interpersonal Skill)
สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน : เจียไต๋ (สำนักงานใหญ่สุขุมวิท 60)
BTS : สถานีบางจาก
วัน,เวลาปฏิบัติงาน : วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ 08.00-17.30 น.
