หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide support to marketing staff in checking the accuracy of documents used in fund transactions. before sending to the Operations unit.

• Providing information about mutual funds to marketing officers to present to customers.

• Proceed with Solving problems of marketing staff to help solve problems for customers quickly.

• Receive feedback in order to develop and improve the application or system to support mutual fund work.

• Coordinate with the AMC or marketing staff or sales support department in various matters to make the transaction go smoothly, such as checking fees and

promotions or fund information.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, marketing or related fields

• Have knowledge and understanding of fund products and understand the system for sending investment unit orders

• At least 1- 2 years of relevant industry experience

• Communication skill with customers and company's coordinators. Mutual fund companies and other related agencies

• Skilled in summarizing issues to report to the IT team for smooth system development

• Have English language skills for effective communication with customers

• Must have IC Plain, IC Complex license
